"Love You My Funny Boy" scrap layout

Created June 24 & 25, 3013 with Lily Bee Design "Destination" paper & embellishments. It makes me happy! (Just like the little boy in the pics...)

Thanks for stopping by for a visit. :)

I am an introverted stay-at-home mom of two boys trying to find time to create. I enjoy spending time outdoors (if it's not raining), reading, a clean house, fresh strawberries, and have been known to play Christmas music in the summer.

This blog is a simple attempt to share life and artsy stuff. You'll see both here. I tend to think a lot, feel deeply, and love to create pieces to encourage others or decorate my home - from cards and scrap layouts to paintings and sewing projects.

I offer arts & crafts lessons for children, and love it! It's generally an hour spent helping a child learn and work on a planned project. You may see examples of some of their work here.

My husband, Matt, enjoys building furniture. He has been working on some things for our home and others'. Check out the page of his items to peek at what's coming together.

I've also been learning how to make signs using vinyl lettering. Watch for updates on various projects that I'm working on.
