"Thanks Katy" card

This was fun to make. I was feeling creative a couple nights ago, and this just came together. I started by using my new stamp (Judikins) with paint, then added the die cut pennant banner (Impression Obsession), etc. This card is for my new friend, Katy, who has been taking my son one day a week so I can work on artistic projects or work on signs.
